Please observe these rules when posting on the my NLP resources forum:

  1. Be considerate:

My NLP resources is a community. We therefore expect members to post considerate and constructive messages. It is a good idea to respond only to the content of previous posts. Personal attacks and abusive language will not be tolerated.
Most people will comply with the rules we state here, so if you receive an offensive message, do not reply, please contact Jamie or Sharon, the forum moderators.
  2. Stay on topic:

We suggest that you keep your posts as clear, concise and on topic as much as possible. We understand that topics wander over time, so to help yourself and other contributors we encourage you start a new thread when discussing a new topic.
  3. Use existing threads when possible:

Use existing threads to cover the same territory, Have a great point to raise? See if the subject has been raised previously and allow yourself time to use that thread to discuss your ideas.

  4. If not, choose the subject area that most closely fits your topic and create a new thread there. If you make your subject line specific to your topic, others are more likely to read and respond.
  5. Promote yourself courteously:

It’s okay to post links or other material that promotes you and / or your company and / or website in response to a specific and relevant question.

It's not okay to promote yourself by slipping links or other promotional information into discussions or in answer to questions which are not specifically relevant to your business or products.

You may announce new products and courses if a) you offer a unique and significant discount to forum members or b) you have special permission from Jamie.

Members with products or services to advertise can post up to five classified ads in the Classifieds section per month.
  6. Observe the law:

-It is illegal to post any copyrighted materials without the express permission of the author.

-Material that is libellous in any way is prohibited from this forum.

-Do not post links to or any promotion for illegal fileshare sites or illegally copied materials or software, including CDs and DVDs.

-If you believe someone to be in violation of any of these rules, please do not contact the member directly. Contact Jamie or Sharon, the forum moderators.
