How can I pay for myNLPresources membership?

You can join myNLPresources with most major credit/debit cards:

Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo cards are all accepted through our secure online payment system supplied by Protx (www.protx.com)

Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Protx adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

How do I use my promotional discount code?

Sometimes we give out promotional codes for our customers to redeem money off subscription. If you are lucky enough to have one of these codes then all you need to do is enter it in the box that appears at the bottom of the Step 1 page here

How do I work out the cost in my currency?

myNLPresources is a worldwide community. For this reason you will soon be able to pay for your subscription in US Dollars, British Pounds and Euros.

If you would like our prices in other currencies then the best way to get a very close approximate price in your local currency is to use www.xe.com/ucc/ which is a currency converter that will use the most current exchange rate to change the price from British Pounds to your currency. I cannot give you exact prices in your currency as they depend on the current exchange rate and the rate your specific card company uses.

My credit/debit has been declined, what should I do?

If your card payment has been declined then it can be due to a number of different reasons:

  • You have incorrectly entered your card details
  • There are not sufficient funds in your account to complete your purchase
  • You have exceeded your credit limit / monthly credit allowance
  • The billing address given does not match the billing address of your card
  • You have been subject to a random fraud check by your bank

Unfortunately when this happens we cannot tell you which reason has caused the payment decline as we are not told. If it because of a random fraud check then you will not be able to process your payment until you have spoken to your card provider.

The best thing to do is try and put your payment through again checking the following details...

  1. Your Address is correct
  2. Your Card Type selected is correct
  3. Your Name on Card is entered accurately
  4. Your Card Number is correct
  5. Your Expiry Date is correct
  6. Your CCV Code is entered correctly (this is the last 3 digits that appear on the back of your card on the signature strip)



The screen crashed/timed out when I went to pay, what should I do?

Firstly, don’t panic. If the screen crashed whilst you were attempting to go through checkout then it is highly unlikely any payment will have been taken, our credit card system is designed to abort payments that are not completed in full. The best thing to do in this situation is to send an email to Serena at info@mynlpresources.com explaining what has happened and she will check the card system to make sure no charges have been made to your card.
