I haven’t had my Free Rapport Download?

We have offered the free Rapport download since myNLPresources.com was set up so we can only guess that the reason you have not yet received your gift is technical and would like to apologise for this error. The download links can be found in the first welcome email you receive after sign up for the myNLPresources.com newsletter.

If there is ever anything you think you are entitled to and have not received please contact Serena at info@mynlpresources.com and she will sort it out for you.

Please Note: To listen to our free audio downloads you will need an mp3 player installed on your computer, examples of players are Windows Media Player or iTunes which is available to download for free from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Should you ever wish to unsubscribe from the myNLPresources.com Newsletter please email Serena at info@mynlpresources.com with the email address that you signed up with and she will remove your name from the list.

Why are there audios of all the videos?

For every video we upload to myNLPresources.com we also upload the audio. We do this for the people that have limited bandwidth, for instance for people ‘on the move’. It allows everyone access to all the resources so no matter where you are you can always be connected to myNLPresources.
