In the 1970s, the founders of NLP modelled the groundbreaking hypnotherapist Milton Erickson. At the time, they didn't know that the insights and models they created would revolutionise the methods and processes of hypnosis and changework thereafter. Beyond that, learning hypnosis is one of the best things a person could do to improve their communication and skill with people and relationships.
